We invite you to this online event about how to succeed in a career in structural engineering as a non-US citizen, and how to best support these employees and coworkers. 
At this event you’ll hear from panelists from a wide range of backgrounds including non-US citizens with careers in structural engineering and adjacent professions, a career coach, firm leaders involved in making hiring decisions, and an immigration attorney. Introductory remarks by each of these panelists will be followed by breakout room discussions each focused on one of these main topics: 
    - how to navigate a career in structural engineering, and 
- how to hire and support employees. 
This event is intended to provide a venue to discuss experiences and share best practices for a wide range of professionals including US citizens, non-US citizens navigating the Visa process, and firm leaders involved in making hiring decisions.
