The structural engineering community from the Bay Area and beyond came together on April 1st to celebrate University of California, Berkeley Professor Jack Moehle’s achievements and legacy. Many of his former students and collaborators, including many SEAONC members, gathered at the International House for full-day retrospective talks and technical discussions to honor Professor Moehle’s impact on the structural engineering profession and his students. The event highlighted his many contributions to the field of reinforced concrete structures and seismic engineering.
